Subscribers can send in up to 1-2 garments every 3 months or a cap of 6 garments a year for mending, basic alterations (hemming, button replacement, etc.), or minor customizations.
Subscribers can send in up to 1-2 garments every 3 months or a cap of 6 garments a year for mending, basic alterations (hemming, button replacement, etc.), or minor customizations. They can also send in one garment every 6 months (capped at 2 per year) for a custom redesign through an upcycling service using Sarah Tremain's signature prints and fabrics, including fabric panels featuring Tremain Smith's artwork. This could be for items like a jacket, dress, or pair of jeans they want transformed.

Yes! You can absolutely send everything all at once; it would just mean that turnaround times would be extended. So instead of the standard 2 weeks, it would be more like 1-2 months for six garments.

Typically, a garment takes me 1-2 weeks to mend, depending on the complexity of what it needs. Pants or shirts that need to be hemmed take a few days. Where a garment that needs to be taken in or out would need those 2 weeks.

Yes! The subscription is built so that everyone anywhere can get mending. Please use it no matter where you are in the world. Just know that shipping time isn’t included in the turnaround times.

No you can cancel anytime! If you had mending done your month $30 fee would go towards the work done and if it ends up being more than the work we’ll invoice you for the remainder, BUT if it’s less we’ll refund you the difference.

Once the 6 garments included in the subscription are mended, you get 5% off all purchases and services included in the subscription (including more mending).
