The Muse Jeans carry more than fabric — they carry narrative. Each pair is cut from thrifted denim and reimagined with digitally printed chiffon panels that billow as you move. Every stitch honors resilience and artistry, while every panel brings Tremain Smith’s work into motion. Handmade in our West Philly studio, the Muse Jeans are intentionally limited, making each pair as unique as its wearer.

Why It Costs What it Does

We believe in transparent pricing. Here’s the breakdown:

Materials: $24/yard of chiffon, plus repurposed denim

Labor: 2 hours of sewing at $45/hr = $90

Overhead: 48% added for studio, admin, and tools = $76

Total to produce: about $190 per pair

To keep this piece sustainable at both retail and wholesale, we multiply production cost by three, bringing the final price to $574. This ensures ethical wages, covers the hidden costs of small-batch production, and allows us to remain accessible to both boutiques and individual clients.
